AIMS AND OBJECTIVES

1. To co-operate with Government departments, public authorities and others who are, or may be, concerned with the specification and installation of bridge deck waterproofing.
2. To represent the interest of Bridge Deck Waterproofing industry on technical committees related to appropriate British and European Standards.
3. To foster research and technical development.
4. To maintain and improve standards of manufacture and installation.
5. To gather and disseminate relevant information, statistics and data to members.
6. To foster safe and healthy working practices, taking into account the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 and any other statutory requirements.
